1 General Provisions & Scope

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the ck75 platform and all its services. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on the ck75 website or mobile platform, the user is considered to have fully agreed to these Terms.

ck75 is an online betting and casino platform that provides sports betting, live casino, slot games, and other gaming services for players in Bangladesh. These Terms are written in Bengali and are specifically designed for players in Bangladesh.

2 Account Registration & Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account on ck75, the user must be at least 21 years of age. Only those aged 21 or above are eligible to use this platform. If a minor creates an account using false information, that account may be cancelled at any time and deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Each person may open only one account. If a person is found to have multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful, accurate, and up to date. Providing incorrect or false information will result in immediate account closure. ck75 may request identity verification documents at any time and the user will be required to provide them.

3 Account Security & Responsibility

It is the user's own responsibility to keep the account password and login information completely confidential. Account details must not be shared with anyone else.

• Keep your password strong and unique — do not use passwords that are easy to guess.
• After logging in on a public device or public Wi-Fi, always log out.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, notify ck75 support immediately.
• ck75 will not be responsible for account misuse by a third party if information was leaked due to the user's own negligence.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Minimum Amount

The minimum deposit amount on ck75 is ৳500. Similarly, the minimum withdrawal amount is also ৳500.

4.2 Payment Methods

ck75 currently processes transactions through the following mobile financial services in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most popular mobile banking service.
• Nagad — The postal department's digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile wallet service.

4.3 Withdrawal Time

After a successful request, withdrawals are generally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Occasional minor delays may occur due to banking system load or technical reasons.

4.4 Withdrawal Conditions

It is preferable for the deposit method and withdrawal method to be the same. If you deposited via bKash, try to withdraw via bKash as well. If an account is not verified, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

On a first deposit to ck75, a 120% bonus up to a maximum of ৳20,000 is provided. For example, depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,200 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,200.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw a received bonus, you must place bets of 25 times (25x) the bonus amount. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus means total bets of ৳30,000 must be placed before withdrawal (bonus × 25). Note that wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Each bonus has a specific validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be cancelled.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• If manipulation or misuse of a bonus is proven, the bonus and related winnings will be cancelled.
• VIP cashback and other promotional offers may have separate terms.

5.4 VIP Program

ck75 has five VIP levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Higher levels earn more weekly cashback. Advancement to a higher VIP level depends on the player's activity and participation.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on ck75 operate under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined using Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial.

• The outcome of each bet is independent and not influenced by previous results.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, the amount wagered on that bet will be refunded.
• Earning money by exploiting software errors or bugs is prohibited and such funds will be cancelled.
• If an internet connection is lost, the result of any bet that was in progress will be stored on the server.
• In sports betting, all bets will be settled according to the established rules of the event.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck75 platform and may result in account cancellation as well as legal action:

• Using the platform for money laundering or to conceal the source of illegal funds.
• Using bots, automated software, or any kind of hacking tools.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses.
• Impersonating another user or registering with false information.
• Attempting to breach the platform's security systems.
• Colluding with other users to influence the outcome of games.
• Engaging in harassment, offensive language, or discriminatory behaviour on the platform.

8 Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Suspension by ck75

ck75 may temporarily or permanently close an account without prior notice for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of the Terms.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide identity verification documents.
• Suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• False information or inconsistencies in registration details.

8.2 Closure by the User

Any user may close their account of their own accord. In this case, they must contact the support team. All valid balance should be withdrawn before closing the account.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may have an administrative fee deducted or may be closed in accordance with the applicable policy. The specific inactivity period and conditions can be found out from the support team.
